The company founder, Mr. Ben Hung serves as the Chairman of the board and is overseeing the company direction, design advice and strategic planning.

Serving the company for more than 10 years, Mr. John Hung is the key skeleton of the management framework.  He is responsible for strategic planning, global marketing and business development, supply chain management and general operations management.  Mr. John Hung received his MBA and Mechanical Engineering degrees from the University of Notre Dame in the USA.

As a key designer and the technical chief, Mr. Jason Hung is managing the technical design and product development functions in the corporation.  He is also managing the quality audit, production scheduling and manufacturing processing in the loft.  Mr. Jason Hung earned his Visual Art Degree from the University of South Australia.

Acting as the Colonel of the front line business battlefield, Mr. Robert Goyen is the chief of sales and business development efforts.  He is responsible for channel building, key account management, new business initiation and international marketing.  Mr. Goyen is an active windsurfer and frequently windsurfs in West Australian coast.

The Design Board

Apart from the design effort of Mr. Jason Hung, we have employed two star design consultants to serve our windsurfing and yacht sails strategic design board.

As a former designer of Elvstrom sails, Mr. Sandy Goodall has served as our yacht and dinghy consultant for more than 5 years.

Mr. Patrice Belbeoch is a well-known windsurfing star in the world and has won numerous championships.  Apart from consulting our windsurfing design and product development, he is also an active racer of our Aerotech windsurfing team.
