We are using the state of the art SmSw6 sail design software to design every individual order.  It ensures the best shaping and details to each customized sail.

Apart from SmSw6, our designers will also use Prosail for design and nestling.  The sophisticated Prosail nestling software will ensure the optimization of cloth usage and minimize wastage and produce best value to our customers.

Patches play an important role in the reinforcement of the sails.  We are using finely engineered Patchtool software to calculate the forces to apply to each sails and make sure our sails have the best performance and the sharpest velocity.
